Here are the scans I did earlier. Pgs from Electronics World magazine, and the 1968 Altec catalog page for Giant Voice. Unforunately, not much in detail for the Giant Voice. This is taking forever. If the attachments fail to show, I'll put them on Flickr and post the links. BTW, I have no axe to grind on this matter, and I'm pleased to see what all of you have added to this thread.

And yes, concur with re-entrant horn Closest looking Altec is 151, but who knows. Other strange looking ones in other photos.
